AppFilter is called to accept an Application in a filter or not. The behavior of this class, until overridden, is to select applications that are defined within the current Service, not including Applications declared as external and allowed to continue to run when the Service changes. Subclasses override the accepts(com.sun.dtv.application.Application) method to apply their own criteria to accept Applications.
