Listener to be notified about status changes about resources of the
same type of the object to which that listener has been attached to.

Reports that a resource has been released. |

Reports that a resource has been reserved. |

void reserved(int availableCount)
- Reports that a resource has been reserved. This method is triggered
only for reservations on resources of the same type. The implementation
will pass the number of resources that are available after the
reservation has happen.
- Parameters:
availableCount - the number of resource of the same type that
are yet available.
released
void released(int availableCount)
- Reports that a resource has been released. This method is triggered
only for releases on resources of the same type. The implementation
will pass the number of resources that are available after the
release has happen.
- Parameters:
availableCount - the number of resource of the same type that
are yet available.
