Return channel security is provided by the support of TLS 1.2 defined in [RFC 5246]. A terminal compliant with this specification MUST implement the JSSE 1.0.1 optional package found in Foundation Profile 1.1 (JSR219) to provide applications with access to the SSL/TLS functionality. The TLS implementation MUST support the following list of cipher suites.
