Listener to be notified of changes in available applications.

          Called when Application attributes have changed.
 void appRefresh()
          Called when the entire list of available applications changes.

          Called when an Application has been removed.

appAdded

void appAdded(Application app)
Called when a new application is available.

Parameters:
app - The new application.

appRemoved

void appRemoved(Application app)
Called when an Application has been removed.

Parameters:
app - the application that has been removed.

appChanged

void appChanged(Application app)
Called when Application attributes have changed.

Parameters:
app - the Application with the changed attributes.

appRefresh

void appRefresh()
Called when the entire list of available applications changes. Individual added/removed/changed listeners will not be called.
